Dealership owner backs into my bike and...
Dealership owner backs into my bike, knocking it over onto a curb, and doesn't have the courtesy to stop and talk to me about it. He got into his truck after picking it back up, and took off. All of this happened as I was inside buying some of his T-shirts. Not even to say ' I apologize for backing into your motorcycle ', or anything. Instead, as I'm standing there wondering what just happened to my bike, a gentleman comes over to me (he was a local rider) said he saw what happened and asked me, 'You know who it was who hit your bike, it was Shelton, the owner'. I wasn't even in the way of anything. In fact, I was parked of the side of the parking lot next to a curb. He sent out one of his salespeople to look it over and give me an assessment of the damages. He had to apologize for the owner, and assured me that they would fix everything. Which is fine, he is willing to repair it, but that's not the point.
The point is, if someone backs into your motorcycle, especially the owner of a Harley-Davidson dealer, you would think the guy would have the courtesy to apologize for what happened and maybe assured me himself and he would take care of the repair. I just left on vacation to florida and stopped into Sheltons Harley Davidson off exit 95 in North Carolina and now this trip is ruined because of this stunt. I've been riding for over 20 years now and I have never been so insulted before my any fellow harley rider. We're all supposed to be brothers, share that bond, and now I just feel like I'm nothing to this guy. Am I wrong for feeling this way?

This guys certainly seems like quite a jerk, putting it mildly. What ya need to do is post his name and dealership name on here, wait until we beat him up a while and send him a link to this thread. Little free advertisement for him.

Maybe wait until he fixes the bike first and see how well he hooks you up for the trouble.
