No, this is not a joke. Sorry, i forgot it was april fools today with everything that happened. But, no i'm not joking. I've never signed up for a Harley forum website before other then the local ones in my area, but I thought maybe I could get some advise from some of you guys to what I should do. I'm just really bummed out and could use the help.

well, traveling is making it hard right now to send pics, but the damage wasn't too bad I guess. Broke my tour pack lid at one of the hinges, scuffed up my right hand side lower fairing, saddlebag lid, front fender skirt and engine guard.

It sucks but theirs not much you can do about the guy being a azzhat. Maybe they will give some deals on extra parts.

Did you get a police report? Even in a parking lot they will write one.

Did you report it to the police? Insurance? There is no way I'd let anyone in his shop touch the bike.

Well, I guess I should of got a police report. Would that be considered hit and run if he didn't notify me that he hit it? Plus, I'm not really familiar with the laws in North Carolina. I know in Maine, it would be.

If I had to pick a person to run over my bike I couldn't think of one much better than a Harley-Davidson dealer.

Although you truly are nothing to him, he did make sure to fix the damages.

I don't believe you need a police report, a parking lot is considered to be private property.
