My ex-wife (also named Linda) was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years into our marriage. It was horrible, but because her mother died of it, she was checked quite often and they caught it real early. Thank God she pulled through with just localized radiation and did not have to endure chemo. I met some amazing people during the ordeal, some of whom are no longer with us. I HATE CANCER!! I will be purchasing a patch. It may be silly to some, but just seeing that pink ribbon gives a lot of those woman hope that they are not alone in their fight.

Having recently lost my mother to breast cancer, I can relate to the awful stories so many of us have. I am very involved in the Canadian Cancer Society and have been prior to losing my mother. I pray for all families that they never have to deal with this. I think the patch is a great way to keep the memory of these brave women alive.

I am very sorry for your losses, Bob and Gully. Just PM Texas Roadie for a patch and she will send you a request for payment via PayPal, and I believe will work out other payment arrangements if needed. The patch is only $8.50 and that includes shipping, so very reasonable.
