Default Throttle Tender

Can anyone recommend a good throttle tender that will assist (not replace) the OEM star thumb wheel found on most Harleys? Research has led me to the Klever Lever and Barefoot *******. I'm not interested in one like the Cruise Buddy, which replaces the star wheel. What, if anything, are you all using? Thanks.

I got me the cruise mate ll, I installed it before we went to Daytona for bike week. It works pretty good easy on easy off with a fick of the thumb. kind of pricey at 49.99 and the you have to drill and tap out you stock control but that easy with the jig they supply.
WAY better than that sorry *** thumb wheel

I've been using a throttle mate for years. Worls fine although it was a little long for me. Just filed it down a bit on the end. Works great.

The Kury throttle boss is the best money I've ever spent on my bike. Made of rubber, it isolates vibration and provides many varying positions to help those afflicted w/ hand numbness. Amazon has 'em for $9.

+2 on the Throttle Mate. Works good and it's only like $15. Installs in seconds.

It doesn't actually lock the throttle but when you flip it on, makes the throttle stiff enough to keep you at or near the present speed long enough to rest your hand, get a drink or whatever.

Default Throttle Mate

Try cycleaccessorystore on ebay. Tried to copy the link for you but no joy.
This is where I got mine...$16.99 and that includes shipping.
One word of caution. I put the lever on my bike and it was adjusted wrong when I started out on a long ride. Take a jewelers phillips screwdriver with you on yor first few rides so you can adjust it correctly.

I tried a few of these, Klever Lever, Throttle Mate..., and none of them worked out for me. Seems like some of the guys have better luck, and they're cheap enough, so give it a shot.

I installed my Throttle Mate back in 2007 and haven't done anything but use it since.
