The one bit of advice I'd give would be regarding the use of any sort of blower. Blow the area you will be washing/drying your veilcle clean before you begin so you are not kicking up debris onto your nice clean bike

Default washing

Wash with dawn and low pressure water. For a really good show shine when I am in a bit of a hurry, I use a real good product called Original Biker Spirits. It is a waterless cleaner that you spray on everything (crome ,paint, etc.) everything but leather. I ride rain or shine and this stuff makes the next cleanup job easier. Bugs and grime come off real easy.

Because we have liquid mud for water her in this part of AZ, I'll use a bucket of soft water and a rag or crevice brush wash as best as I can then take fresh soft water and wipe it off. Hit with a shammy or something. 'N' call it good. "bout once a year or so I'll give it a real good wax and buff.I love it when it shines like that!
