What size is that? I had a Med Custom 500 and sent it back as well.I like my Fulmer V2 much better. The Bell did not seem to fit as low to the brow as my Fulmer V2.Too bad be cause I liked the lining and the chrome strip on the Bell.Dude it doesn't look terrible for a dot though. The Biltwell Nov and the Loser machine Knucklehead Nov are my favorites.

I tried on the Bell Custom 500 and found it had the same effect for me. So, I guess I will stick to my beanie and FF helmets.

How does a question about helmets go in the "General Harley Davidson Chat" section?
Go ahead and slam me for being the section police, but c'mon! Take your lame-*** ill fitting helmet questions to the B.S. or off topic section.

When I got my 500 XL it looked worse than your pic. A couple of hours of re-shaping and it sits at the eyebrows and is SUPER comfortable. I have an oval head - removed foam at the FR and Back in stages testing the fit occasionally. I took about 5/16" off the front and 5/16" from the back. Just lift the liner and go in through the openings - I made sure to re-seal the foam with water based paint when finished. Now I have the Rockhard 3/4 flat black - much better than the 500 (looks and quality). But had to reshape as well.
