Default Anyone know if the $13 Harley Sunglasses with the foam keep your eyes dry?

I was looking around at our local HD dealership today and noticed Harley has a $13 pair of Harley Sunglasses with the foam aorund the lenses out. has anyone bought these and do they keep your eyes dry? Just wondering as a cheap alternative to the Wiley X's and not having to worry if I scratch them up.
Thanks

I got a pair of el cheapo harley glasses and they keep the wind out real nice. I havent got caught out in the rain yet while wearing them so I dont know how they would be.

Buy them, go for a ride and if they don't work to your satisfaction, bring them back for a refund. Most dealers allow that.

They probably work fine. I have bought cheapos at rallys that work as well as my Wiley X ones.

Nothing works in the rain. Fog, fog, fog.

My parents have those. They say they work great on their bike.

any sunglasses with foam around the eyes will keep the water out until the foam becomes soaked. then you get dripping inside. I speak from experience.....so I would say no.

I have several pair of the inexpensive glasses with the foam. Work fine except when it's hot out and you are stopped. Fog up easily but you can pull them down a bit until you get moving. I used to wear contacts so they were useful.
