There is a bike show next month and this was on my list of to get items. Now I will just walk on by the tent. Thanks for the informative post.

This kind of scam has been going on as long as there have been "warranties." Thanks for the heads up. I won't do business with this company since it is apparent it does not "stand" behind its product and is guilty of a slight of hand.

Better yet - tell him why you are no longer considering buying one of his products. Tell him you read about his not honoring his warranty and that about 1,000 other Harley riders have read this too. He needs to know the repercussions of his actions.

Some business owners have no idea how powerful the web can be. His attitude will cost him MUCH more than if he had just replaced the defective product. Oh well ................
ps: send him the link to this thread so that he can learn from his mistake.

I am really sorry to read all this. I was going to look at thier center stand as the garage is tight with the soccer moms ride crowding the Hog. I will look elsewhere. Thanks for the heads up on thier warranty and support.
