Welcome to Ohio-land of the crappy roads. I'm careful not to hit pot holes, but there is no way to not hit some of them around NE Ohio. I mean the raods are bad arround here. It's better on the bike since it alot easyer o miss them, but in car you have to hit some.

Hopefully since the last one didn't do anything but drain the State coffers

Rode up through there in a car this past weekend and I can agree, the roads are terrible. Many places are getting fixed though but the ones that aren't will swallow you up

+1 .... Ain't that the damn truth Vet767. Let's feed, clothe, and save the world while our own little piece of the pie ( the good old U.S.A. ) withers up and blows away! It really is true ... I love my country, it's the government I'm afraid of!

They are even worse here in Michigan, on my way to the Smokies last year I was amazed how nice the roads were when I cross into Ohio.

What I found is the roads in North Dakota were MUCH better than anywhereI had ever been in the northeast. Their winters are harsher and colder but the roads are better. I don't understand....... If they can keep the roads up, why can't other states?
Simple- Population. Less cars and trucks = less damage. Also more time to fix a pot hole in SD than Detroit, Cleveland or Cincy. Too many cars in the way.

Live outside Cleveland but drive into town for work. Its like driving on the moon right now. Patch lasts a few days maybe. Gotta memorize all the holes on the route home.
