How does it fit around your stomach/waist? Going down a size will snug that area up also.

I am 5'7" 175 and just ordered an XL from Leatherup. I like a loose fit as I often wear something under it for those cold morning commutes!

I dont really care how it looks, it is for warmth and safety in my opinion. If I am comfortable with it, why should everyone else be.

Looks too big to me.
Your jacket should fit tight. Especially around the wrist's & waist. You don't want it "riding up" in case you happen to be sliding down the road. If it does that, it's not doing what it is designed to do.
If you can push the sleeves up your arm or slide the waistband up, imagine what the asphalt can do with them at 45+mph.

This. It's the bottom of the jacket front pushing it up.

If you buy it too small you won't be able to layer or add a heated liner.

Your jacket is to big and to long in the front. It should fit snug. I have different jackets that I wear in defferent times of the year.

Also like previously mention you do not want your jacket rolling up in a slid, also do under estimate the value of a good belt.

if you can't see the pic, it isn't the forum. maybe its your firewall at work?

It's not just leather; EVERYTHING in my closet shrank over the past year.

My cold weather jacket does the same thing, hoping it gets better with age. I also have a old Brooks (made in DETROIT YEEHA), where the zipper doesn't start till 2 to 3 in" from the bottom whereas my other jacket zipper goes all the way down.I think that's most of the problem. You can still buy these jackets brand new for about $250.00.They're ,I think still the best looking leather you can find!!
