got duped

the original post was from march. if the op has not gotten the situation resolved by now, i don't think anything short of a new bike would make him happy.....
i think dan here is just trying to inform people that, hopefully, this type of thing won't happen in the future, and that anything that happened in the past was under 'old' ownership.
i think maybe he deserves a break. let his actions from here on out speak for them.

Not trying to stir the pot as to whether Dan's reply is spam or not. What I will weigh in on is that we all need to take a breath and realize that it only takes 1 unhappy person screaming about your business to wipe out the 1000 happy people you took care of perfectly. Normally when we get exactly what we paid for or received good customer service, we don't go on these forums and yell about how good the experience was. But let something go wrong and it becomes a feeding frenzy. I believe everyone should get exactly what they paid for in an acceptable time and shoddy custmoer service should not be tolerated, just that we should keep things in perspective. Just my opinion, that and $12.00 will get you a cup of coffee!

Hello guys,
I was not trying to spam the board.
Just wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know i can answer any questions you may have.
As far as harry223's post. I'm sure he has gotten it resolved here. If anyone has any orders, (especially orders from March!) please PM me and ill take care of it.
I'm new here, but I could not imaging anyone not having been taken care of from March.
I do know that back in march the Monkey Bars were extremely popular and they had trouble keeping them in stock. They were backordered again almost everyday. And they had ordered them from 2 different distributors and waiting weeks. In fact there are still back orders from a few months back for the Chrome OEM bars. Not sure if its the distributors or Paul Yaffe, but they sure do take along time on the bars.
Anyways, we have brought big changes here. Feel free to PM me with any questions or comments.

Hi guys, brand new member here. Been lurking like so many others and I only joined so I could weigh in and sound another warning about DHP.
I placed a small ($200) order for some Roland Sands parts with them more than 2 weeks ago, through their website. Paid with PayPal and received an order confirmation with order number.
Sent them an email this morning where my order was and that it was taking quite long.
Then this afternoon I received a full refund through PayPal, with no note, no reply, no apology, nothing.
If that's what Dan means by taking care of the customer I don't think I'll ever be back. I'll probably end up buying what I need at Motorcyclesuperstore.com or some other RS vendor. Unless anyone here knows a good place to get a Roland Sands gascap, grips and master cylinder cover?

I placed a large order with Frank at DHP before the "change in ownership." He answered all of my questions before ordereing and everything shipped almost immeidately. Can't speak to service after September.
