Default Beware of Crazy Cagers

I was riding my bike over to a buddy's house yesterday. I take the backroads to avoid the cages as much as possible. I am following this gal in a Honda. She is driving below the speed limit. She stoped about 15 feet short of the limit line at an intersection. Her left turn blinker is flashing.

My silly mind deduces she is going to turn LEFT. I wait for her to proceed, but she is squatted. Aint movin".

Since I am going straight through the intersection, I think I will just ease past on the right and proceed.

WRONG!!

Something tells me this is a woman driver in a Honda, Beware!. Just then she makes a right turn, through the stop sign controlled intersection. Had I have gone up to the limit line, I would have been a target.

Thankfully I waited for her to make up her mind, er decide what to do.

Stay safe. Saty alert.

I used to run low beam....courtesy thing. No more! High beam wired so both high and low make up the high beam, and run the spots aimed high 24/7!

I run my HIGH beams too, along with the passing lamps. Every now and then a cager will flash his headlights at me.

I just think....Thanks, YOU SAW ME!!!

It's illegal here in IL to run the high beam w/ the passing lamps at the same time, so I run the low beam so that I can run all 3 lights. BTW, a wrench at my dealership got pulled over on a drizzly, foggy, moonless night for running passing lamps and high beam on a state road, just so he could see enough to get home.
"Stoopid Govt." Somedays they make it difficult for me to enjoy my sandwich!
