We had to make a trip to the dealer in Lille last time we were on a run, friendly staff, didn't charge us much labour for the job, certainly less than a UK dealer would have, free coffee.
I thought we got ripped of for Harley prices in England though, it was nothing compared to the prices for bikes over there.
I was on my '96 FLHR at the time, I paid £5000 ($8000) for it which admittedly was a bargain but speaking to the salesman he would have retailed it for £11500 ($18500)! Ouch!!

Spent a week running around Paris on a 1986 FLT , was bigger than some of the cars and the french rucking crazy drivers . Got caught in the big round about going around the Arc de Triomphe had to round that 3 times before we could get off onto a side street . A good time can be had as well as bad it's up to you how it goes .

I"m French in grew up right outside Paris. I studied in Paris for 5 years. I went to that dealer several times and they were very rude to me. They're just there for the money, they don't care about what they sell. At least that's my own experience...maybe it changed now
