I was at my local dealer yesterday and was picking up a few goodies and one of the sales guys came up to me and mentioned that now would be a good time to get a bike cause they had all of the 06 models on their floor priced to move. I asked what he called priced to move and he said they have a new 05 Road King Custom for $14,200 and a new 06 Heritage Softail Classic and a Springer Softail for around the same price. They even had a couple of new 06 Sportsters for around $5,600. I was looking hard at a new 06 Wide Glide with two-tone paint for $14200. But basically if the dealership hadnt been marking up the prices so much for the last couple of years they would have a floor full of 05 and 06 models to sell. Now i'm trying to find a way to convince the wife that I need it,........LOL
