HD History Tidbit
Since HD celebrated their 50th anniversary in 1954, how could they celebrate their 100th anniversary in 2003?
Here's a link to a site with some books about HD. The author has researched HD history and has even done a better job of it than the MoCo. If you're interested in the early days of HD, and want to know what happened when, Harley Davidson: At The Creation is the one book to get.

When did they actually build their first complete motorcycle?
(3) Name four of the owners of this first machine?
(4) What was the name of the first clutch used on a Harley-Davidson?
(5) What was the date of the race that the first Harley-Davidson entered?
(6) What is the date on the blueprint of the first designed Harley-Davidson
engine?
Answers to follow....later!
