Any chance you could addition for Charlie Harper's part? When you get something like that jacket that you're really happy with you keep it for years and then it doesn't matter what you paid for it. Sorta makes up for all the sh*t we buy and discard because it turns out to be just that. Enjoy your jacket and send me a PM and a jacket if you get the part.

hoethree, you made the right choice. I've owned my cow leather jacket for over 20 years, and don't worry about gaining a few pounds as they will alter your jacket to fit. I've had mine for over twenty years and when I put on a few pounds (well more than a few) they made it right. I also had a major wreck 16 years ago and had the jacket cut off in the ICU. Dave and his crew put it back together like new for minimal cost. They are a great group of people!

The price you pay for a Langlitz is well worth it when you concider it will last at least 100 years (your son and grandson will love it)! I have a 60 year old Langlitz CHP jacket that I wear all the time. I love it!

Congrats on the jacket! I couldn't agree more, got mine last year and I absolutely love it for so many reasons. They are incredibly expensive, but the fit and quality are the best, hands-down the best. And I went to the shop to be fitted, and the customer service, attention to detail are amazing. Too bad the rest of America doesn't model themselves after the business practices of Langlitz (stand behind product, pride in craftsmanship, etc).

Enjoy it and ride safely!

When I ordered mine, Dave asked me what I rode. I told him a Harley StreetGlide. He said 90% of his orders from Harley riders was the Columbia. I ordered the Cascade. I guess I fall outside the norm. But....thats typical for me. LOL!

I bought a Fox Creek a couple of months back. I had never herd of Langlitz at the time or I would have considered them also. Happy with the FC though ,right at $400. and its the best leather jacket I have ever owned by far.

Now if I could ever get my bike on the road I could wear it.
