What have you and your bike done today.

Me: Took my 11 month old Australian Cattle Dog mutt to the park, even though there's fresh snow and it's about 30*, so she can burn off the energy she's using to drive me up the frikkin' wall:icon_handball
My scoot: Waiting for the weather to get a little bit warmer so I can put my winter mods on and change the fluids.

Down to the cafe for a full English, over to my MOT tester for a fresh MOT (annual inspection), then back to the clubhouse to stand around and talk bollocks while we install a new CCTV system.
Not many miles but it was pissing down with rain earlier.
All that's left to do is wait for a prospect to come pick me up so I can go get drunk.
Life is good!

Haven't done anything with the bike so far today -- been doing yard work.
But I have put almost 800 miles on the bike in the last week. Goes in for its 5K service on Tuesday.
Supposed to be 87 sunny degrees tomorrow so I'll push another tank full of overpriced premium gas through her tomorrow just for the hell of it!

Well, we were going to do absolutely nothing, same as we have been doing since early December. However, after seeing THIS THREAD (thank you very much), we decided to go out in search of hypothermia! The sun was out, 39 degrees...OK, let's go. The wind held it's breath as I tested the outside air, and the sun did its best to blind me. Beauty! As soon as I hopped on (thank you, Battery Tender Jr. and Sta-Bil Marine!) the sky exhaled and the sun took a nap! I thought it was going to snow it got so dark. I got her to the gas station, filled her up with about 3 gallons of premium or so (YIKES, THE PRICE!) and took the long way home. She ran for a good half an hour, and purred like a kitten. As for me, my teeth are still chattering, but I thank you anyway, OP, since it felt real good. Truthfully, I did not plan on an outing today til I read your thread. Thanks again!
