Local dealer has a 1960 HD Topper. Psychotically overpriced but freakin' cool.

I had a black one when I was a kid back in 71 wish I still had it. It was a two stroke and my brother and I took the muffler off to make it sound cool. LOL

Wow...interesting. Sorta reminds me of a primitive Vespa. 160 cc engine...wonder if it could peg that 60mph speedo.

Yes it did! I did'nt weigh much back then though. LOL

Reminds me of my old 2 stroke dirt bikes, you need to use premix gas. Sure is a clean machine though.

Those old scooters are collectible and bring some decent $$$. Go to E-bay and search for Cushmans, Toppers or Wizzers.
