In July 2009, I left Zion, Utah at 5:30 am. I reached Calgary at about 1am the next morning - 1,800 kms (1,100 miles) in 19 1/2 hours. I made good time through Utah and steady progress through the other states. I was driving a 2006 Ducati Multistrada.
In 2005 I did Calgary to Toronto and return in 6 days. This included a full day in Hamilton Ontario with my sister in-law. I was driving a Honda CBR 929.
I haven't had any time on my FXDX, but I want to do a run to my drill site in eastern Saskatchewan and return within 24 hours later this year.

You guys are crazy... most I did was just under 400, West Yellowstone to back home in Orem, Utah. I was on an old Suzuki Maurader with the worst seat I've ever sat on. I don't think I was able to get back on the bike for about a week...

There ya go , now that's the 20 hour club ! I drove my 18 wheeler from Minneapolis to Phoenix in 22 hours , couldn't get to sleep afterwards like you . How you rode a bike for 20 hours is beyond me , can tell you're telling the truth , I never drove that hard again .
