gotta SG, looking for the tank leather that covers the portion closest to my crotch. I've seen um on other bikes , searched the world over and still no cover! Reckon if i new what its actually called i could Google it.

The leather im looking for covers the area where the seat and tank come together and up towards the filler cap direction. it appears to wrap the tank.

Does Cap custom make this ? Or is it readily available?

 

I've heard them called tank bibs and tank bras.

Need to be careful with them dirt, sand, gets under then and can cause more harm than good, after a long ride I take it off and clean it up you would be susprised of the stuff it picks up .
