can florida prove he was driving, did they lie to get tests done. what i see is a lot of evidence being excluded because of certain inalienable rights that may have been violated. the law works both ways ij the case is presented correctly. I do not condone his actions, but if they(police) f==ked up it will set him free, or a slap on the wrist. if a plea is accepted it's to cover the state's behind

Hmmm...he was stone sober yet refused the breathalyzer knowing he will automatically lose his license...why would someone do that if they only had a beer?? Nope, I don't buy it but given the recent charges I'm sure he hired the BEST lawyer he could get for this small trial to get it off his record before his big trial.

There are a lot of good organized rides out there for great causes. Maybe we should start having organized rides in every state against DUI drivers. Is there already an organization called BADD (Bikers Against Drunk Drivers)? If so they could support the rides. This weekend there was some bozo who just received his 5th DWI. How in the h3ll do you not go to jail? 5 DWI's. He was also driving with his drivers license suspended. Now that was a shocker. Apparently has no respect for the law either. Tim

Billy will have a painful revelation some day when he discovers that you can't get away with anything in life without some form of retribution being extracted and often in a manner totally unrelated to the initial incident. His **** will get his just due with interest!
