What do you use to cut the stock fuel line clamps?

Default What do you use to cut the stock fuel line clamps?

I there a tool that makes this extremely easy? Last time it took me a while with what I was using.

Are you talking about the crimped fuel clamps? I just use Side Cutters. High End ones with longer handles.

You can reinstall the stock looking ones if you desire using CV boot clamp pliers.

I have used this method also, but if you do, cover everything with damp rags and and be extremely careful. A spark off of the wheel can ignite fuel vapors and cause a lot of headaches.

I use dykes as well. Attack the clamp on that little hump in it, so as to have a little more work room

I've always used a torch, but I'm getting tired of calling the fire dept. and having my bikes repainted[sm=jawdrop.gif]
