Yeah, and it goes with alot of other issus too. When the TC first came out, the rear cam bearing was a ball bearing that soon began to fail. But HD offered a 50,000 mile, 5 year " silent" warranty for those early owners. It wasn't advertised too openly. But if your tensioners wear out prematurely and trash your motor, it's on you.

I love my motorcycle, but I'm in no way a fan of the Company.

 

My Indy did gears,cam, adjustable pushrods, and new oil pump. The shoe material had done a job on my original oil pump. I was stuck working so him doing the job in three days compared to me doing the job over two weeks when I could find time. It was worth the 1700 dollars.
