I prefer the 150 on the rear of my Fatboy. The 130 on the front is just right!

I like the 160 to 200 because you will get very good miles out of them. It puts more rubber on the road. You can run them soft / 30 psi without getting the wobbles like a skinny would. Skinny tires are great for the stealers and manufactures because there short lived. But I also think a fattie is a 200+ tire. Skinny tires on the rear will alway be out in my book .

160 to 200 is the sweet spot. the skinnier tires in back are just for nostalgic looks and above 200 the tires are more flattened out and the handling gets very sluggish. plus over 200 they get expensive

Default fAT REAR TIRE VS SKINNY REAR?

I'm not sure if it's a skinny rear but the rear tire is definitely fat.

I think the 140 / 200 combo on my FatBoy is just about "correct", though I do like the looks of a 240. Over a 250, I start to like the looks less. I think VERY few bikes look good with a 360, though some super customs are the exceptions.
