I just bought a neat 105 ann. a/c off ebay. I belive 2008 was the 105th /year. Were all HD a/c's that year the fancy ones with the eagle with tall wings engraved? Sorry, I don't have photo abilities.

 

Nope. My 2008 came with the regular football cover.
Day I got it eveything still stock.

 

The air cleaners on the copper top 105th edition bikes only had a round copper ring trim piece. The one you have probably had the 105th collection air cleaner medallion trim piece added to it.

 

my '08 was the "standard" edition, didn't have any 105 badging that came on the anniversary ones. just like my '03 is an annivseray edition - come with all the trappings, even the engine case is marked as 100th annivesary.

 

This picture has the stock 105th air cleaner, as mentioned earlier it just has the copper trim ring. I replaced it with a round air cleaner.

I just noticed on Joe,1955 post above, the tank emblem is the same emblem on my ac cover.

 

They used that emblem on a lot of the 105th anniversary stuff; jackets, hats, helmets, etc.

 

If it looks like this it's what DAWG said a 105Th collection air cleaner medallion . Not cheap. I wanted it when I bought my 08. Laughed when they told me the price. P.N. 29133-08 $119.95 air cleaner medallion only . Just picked this one up on Ebay $21 with football cover.Just couldn't justify that price.
