I have the original SE "race use only" pipes, and they bark when I twist my wrist. Nice when I'm trying to keep it quiet, absolutely screams when I'm not.

Python slip ons are right up there amonst the loudest.Along with Cycle Shack's mufflers they both make decent power gains for 2-2 pipes.

Tailgunner Rotary Cannon Exhaust's are not for everybody, but they are very loud without optional baffles and are certainly different than everybody else out there.....

I'm actually shocked at all the people that use slip ons.
After reading and looking around and learning more about pipes for bikes "no offence to anyone" but i feel like slip ons are a cheap way to go and that would be the last thing i would do with my Harley.

I would rather wait and save the loot and get full exhaust and get both sound and more horsepower.

Am i wrong for feeling this way?

Slip ons have been in use a lot longer than you've been around. I like my SE II's a lot, and so do my neighbors.

if you have a bike with a catted exhaust it won't really matter what you put on .. it will still be pretty tame. what year is your bike?
