didnt realize I've said that throughout this thread...in fact this is only my second post in it I think lol. All i was saying is FC is a contractor . all their stuff is made by other companies . ok , here comes my pakistan comment LMAO , all the companies are in the USA , FC says they use "mom and pop" companies......so , what has happened is pakistanies immigrate to the USA and start up shop ...instant made in the USA leathers ..........

I've delt with Fox Creek on several times.....in person.......Christmas 2010 I ordered a vest for the wife by phone and was given a delivery date.Called back to confirm the date and was assured it would be here before Christmas.Got it 2 weeks later...then was given the excuse the warehouse was closed that week.Great product...questionable customer service......over the phone.........excellent in person.

Pfft. After my nightmare with Lil Joes customer service, I believe OP about fox creek. Anything custom where the company is not actually making the product you are asking or trouble, sadly. Lil joes subs out their stuff too. The next jacket I buy will be one I tried on in person. YMMV

If you order a custon jacket and it doesn't fit you should either get a custom jacket that fits or a full refund. Thanks for the heads up in ever ordering anything from this outfit. I won't.
For someone to admit that they substituted a size the "save you money" is an admission that they screwed up. I would have charged them back on my credit card if they wouldn't make good.

Guess there are some things that you can only count on if you can try it and like it and buy that exact item. Like the HD FXRG leather. Pretty expensive jacket and would only buy at a dealer that actually had sizes in stock. Bought one from a dealer that did have it stock rather than ordering it from my dealer. He was a bit miffed about that but if he ordered me a size and it didnt fit, too bad for me. So I bought from a dealer that didnt mind tying up some loot in stocking these.

Only read the first and last pages so this may have already been said but I would not pay the restocking fee since they made the mistake. If you used a credit card, and you should have, work with your credit card company to get 100% of your money back.
