Gee! I think I will have them build my 2011 custom bike as a Softail Custom with a carbed EVO and drag pipes. Well! They said they would do custom builds.

Sounds like it is just an online app to help pick out the P&A from their catalog so you can print it out and take it in to the dealer. Now, if you can actually get your bike from the factory spec'ed out how you want it without having to pay extra for all the crap (handgrips, exhaust, seat, shift linkage, handlebars, etc.) you are just going to take off your bike after it arrives at the dealer, now that would be something...we'll have to wait and see.

HaHaHaHa I had 2 AMFs and they weren't bad. Didn't know what to do when I bought the 97 bagger. I was so used to wrenching after a ride it was second nature. Didn't have to carry a roll of tie wire or a tool roll anymore. Not that that was a bad thing. Just made lazy....
