In 30 years of having my concealed carry, I have only had to produce it once, several years ago 4 gang banger wanna bes thought they had an easy mark, it hit a point where it looked like I was in deep ****, produced a 45 auto and the party was over, they went about their way and I went about mine, thankful that all I had to do was produce it not use it.

Yes I carry. I would only pull it out if I knew for sure I was going to use it. The only time I would know for sure is if my families life was in danger.

I usually only carry when I'm headed down near the border or camping/hiking. And several others I ride with carry all the time. But none of us has needed it yet.
