I installed a Cruise Mate for about $50. Works great, I'm happy with it.

I use the Kury adjustable rest on my grips. Small & out of the way & does the job. The larger plastic throttle locks just get in the way.
I also have the cruise buddy on the 09 & a simpler one on the 06 to replace the star wheel. Actually the 06 has a lever that attaches to the star wheel. Both are well worth it as cruise controls.

+1 on the Kuryakyn. I've used the same one for 5+ years and it works great.

i have the throttle rocker and love it,i was told here to try and get the old style,
it's all plastic, the newer ones have a strap, the plastic one you can just push out of
way when you don't need it.

Greetings,
+1 for the Kury ISO grips and throttle boss.
The ISO grips take out the last little bit of tingle and the throttle boss makes holding it in position easier for commutes to and from work.
Use the standard friction lock on longer trips.
