There is just no way that I would pay that much for a vest.

Id consider $199 the top end of what I would pay for a vest, I do like this style the most though.

 

The Lil' Joe's is heavier leather than the Fox creek. Both are well made, high quality products. The Lil' Joe's vest is the best of the best. You are getting what you pay for on both of the products.

 

My Fox Creek vest fits your requirements, not sure how it compares price wise. I recently had a patch send on it, and the guy commented he had never worked on a vest with leather that thick before.

I purchased a vest from Hardcore Biker Supply last riding season. No complaints at all. That being said, if Fox Creek had that style when I purchased mine, I would have went with them. I purchased one of their jackets a few years back and couldn't be happier. I also agree, Lil Joe's is just too damn expensive.

 

I will tell you,
It is a scam. He takes the label off, and GLUES his 1%'er label in its place.
His label says USA on it.
My $160 vest came apart in the liner 2 months after I got it with normal use.
He said it was out of the 30 warranty, and offered me 20% off another one.
He is getting cheap stuff from Pakistan, and lying to us with the USA on the label.
