Easyrider Tour Knoxville TN.
Anybody planning on going to the Easyrider Tour Bike Show in Knoxville TN on Feb. 5th? Are these shows worth the trip and price of admission?

The Easyriders Show hits Columbus on Feb 11, and I'll be there as always.
It's the dead of winter, and going to the bike show always lifts my spirits and reminds me that Spring isn't that far off.
I always have a good time, run into a bunch of friends I haven't seen in awhile, and always make a few new friends.
A few bucks well spent in my book.

That's what I thought when I went to one Saturday (Cyclefest USA, Louisville KY). Then I paid $8 for expo center parking and was still feeling OK. Then I paid $24 for me and my wife to get in and wasn't feeling that great. Then I went in and saw roughly 15 custom bikes and a display of Victories and 4-5 leather vendors and I was PISSED! I went to the local HD dealership just to see some bikes and try to recover - they had about 10 times the bikes on the floor that were in the entire "show" and way more merchandise too.
I don't know anything about the show you described, and doesn't sound like much bang for your buck...but also doesn't sound like anything on the scale of the Easyriders shows. If you can make it to one of them, you should give it a try.

Here are some pictures from the EasyRider show in Greenville, SC back in October. I had a great time. There were plenty of bikes and vendors. I plan on going to the EasyRider show in Charlotte this weekend to see some bikes that a local indie shop has put together in the past two months. I'll post some more pics next week.
