I just replaced my Stator "CE" and Regulator on my 08 FXDC
And we just replaced the Stator and Reg on my Brothers 99 Nighttrain.

The instructions that came with the Stator, says to always replace the Reg along with the Stator.
If they do, the parts come from 2 different assembly lines.
There is no comparison in the build quality if you lay a Harley and CE stator side by side. It's easy to see that CE is a better built product.

I'd find another indy, quick.

My 3 phase system came from CompuFire, installed in Oct 2009 at 57,000 miles.

Still runs strong 2 1/2 years down the road at 108,000 miles. I run Mobil 1 in motor and trans. Cheapest 10W-40 or 20W-50 dino in the primary.

Very pleased (obviously.).

Don't know about Accel stators but their regulators and other components like solenoids have been getting pretty cheesy . I've quit using them in peoples bikes , to much money almost a 50% failure rate within 6 months they won't warranty anymore .
