I paid MSRP + tax, title and license. I think I also paid the dealers electric, gas and water bill. I may have also bought the owner's and employee' breakfast, lunch and dinner for the month of June, 2009. Being the crafty consumer I am though, I negotiated a $30. helmet thrown in for free on the deal. Sometimes I amaze my self.

You know, I really don't mind a dealer making a little profit, but I hate that they hide it under bull$hit like freight and setup. Just tell them that you'll be happy to work off of invoice. Tell them start at $500 over invoice and if they don't want to play, then find yourself another "dealer".
I bought mine by email. I sent out an email to seven dealers within driving distance(maybe 2 hr drive), and I got two replies. So, I knew those two were willing to deal. Then, I told them exactly what bike I wanted and asked them to quote it for me. I really don't know where invoice on the bike is, but I got it for about $2000 less than MSRP. I know they made a little profit, which is important, but I didn't feel like I got rolled, which is also important.
Good Luck.

You can do better. The 2011's were just out, a local dealer gave me 20,700 OTD with tax/title/license on my RKC back in August. It worked out to MSRP + tax with no fees whatsoever, or ~700 off MSRP with standard dealer fees/frieght in place. I'd never bought from them before, and I didn't haggle at all. The first time I stepped in their dealer was to sign the papers and ride the bike away. In retrospect I could've done better, too... but I'm a horrible negotiator and was happy enough with the deal.
Where are you located? Willing to travel for a bike?

I live about 10 miles from one dealer, and 15 miles from another dealer. I bought my 2010 Street Glide from a dealer 50 miles away because of price. The other dealers would not drop the freight and prep and wanted more then list price. I went to a dealer about 40 miles the other way and he told me I couldn't buy a Street Glide at sticker price and No body would sell one that low.
The dealer I got my Street Glide from has been great to deal with. All of the employees remember me and are great to deal with. If I'm going to buy a big ticket item and they have a sale coming up the tell me to wait so I can save money.
I think when you do find a dealer like this it's worth the extra time to travel.
