Damn ... Absolutely "blessed", the same here! 25th on August 2nd.

Don't want to take you back to the show but I find the graphic representations we now see in all forms of TV, like my favs CSIs /NCSIs, are so blunt you can't separate Real from Hollywood any more, and the mind reads it as real and the outcome effect it has is real. This lends itself to me turning the channel, or even turning my head to NOT see certain things that are my triggers too. And then there's the shows like on the history channel that bring back the horrors of the past.

It's a mind (mine) field out there in TV land anymore!

I feel for you and have an idea of what you are going through. Consider a good blood work up (Berkley Labs) if you have not done so already.
Hang in there man!

OP -
Thanks for posting your story. I hope you too have better days ahead.

Right there with ya, it's been 25 years ago for me and sometimes a long ride is the only fix.

I'm glad I was able to say what I've said and have dropped some insights, just so I can tell someone else that they are not alone as we sometimes feel is good enough for me at this time.
I pray we can all get passed our debilitations and live happier.
Thank you for letting me speak without negative remarks.
I agree, I don't think I wanna get into details on an open forum like this. I know I am not alone and I appreciate all the support and kind words.

It is a strange world... Aug 5 here and I also ride an old FLTC. Mine is an 82 and I modified her quite a bit, so most think she is a Road King at a glance. Then they notice the Shovel and that starts the questions...

Oh, and only 41k?? That is 2 years of riding for me.. bro you need to stretch the legs of that old girl!

One of the bigger reasons I quit TV 12+ yrs ago and from what I catch traveling or at buddies homes I haven't missed a damn thing .

The demons get to everyone at some point in our lives ,with the pace of the world today and what it takes to make it there's no surprise we are stumbling under the load . Do what you have to to get by man , time will dim the beast and you can get locked away somewhat . Best wishes .

I know several shrink offices that have Harleys in front of them. The shrinks ride them, too.
