Great post , well written , humorous ! Living in San Bernardino , Ca , you took the run to Vegas we all go through . Ahh yes , Barstow ....fuel stop for truckers , I recommend the all you can eat buffet at the Flying J if you're hungry next time . I'm studying all of your advice for poser shirts .....thanks ! Now , give us some tips about cruising around Vegas , ok ?

You didn't stop in Yermo? How can this be? I used to light-finger from a fire hydrant at night to fill up a 500 gallon tank used at the old archeological site at Calico. Nevermind, don't stop in Yermo, it wasn't worth it and the water wasn't even that great.

 

The only place in CA my wife likes to stop at.
We get within 100 miles of there, and she is whining to go there.

 

So you have been there a few times? Can you give tips on what to order that isn't fast food quality?
