MAke the deal on the bike...then if they can't give you the 3.99% do "the walk" toward the door....you will get it one way or another. Plus I usually look for a loan with no fees and no pre-payment penalty since I always pay stuff off early.

Their website does not reflect any "actual" rate you might or might not qualify for.
They just post those numbers for comparison purposes.

+1 for the Credit Union. My credit rating was not perfect, but far from terrible and the dealer couldn't do better than 11.99 with me. There was no early payoff penalty with the CU and I liked working with their credit people much better than working with the HD credit folks. Rates may be better now, but I think if you are looking at a common bike that is moving, you're really not gonna see much in the way of special credit deals. Then again, I have been known to give sh%t advice more than once. Good luck and I hope you get a good deal where ever ya go.

You can only get the 3.99% rate on a 48 month loan from HD. It goes up from there depending on how many months you want to finance.

I just do not think that a motorcycle should be financed. It is a luxury toy. If you can afford the payments just save that amount until you can go in and pay cash.

There always is an exception. When there is 0% go for it.

here's an idea. call Eaglemark and see what rate they'll give you. then you don't have a dozen different answers from guys you don't know........
