I agree with changing the oil before storing to get the contaminents out of the engine. Ride for a while in the spring before changing. I never took the wheels off the concrete floor and never had flat spots. I also never started it for short periods due to causing moisture as indicated above. If you're not going for a ride, leave it alone.
