Default Smallest DOT Helmet - Anyone ever tried 'em?

Has anyone ever tried these out? If so, I'd like to hear your comments on their smallest DOT.

I haven't seen these helmets yet but I have looked at the Daytona Carbon Fiber helmets that also claim to be the smallest/lightest DOT certified helmets out there.

Kinda ugly things aren't they? I live in a no helmet law state but that will likely change one day as people who can't stand the thought of smashed brains vote on "keep me safe" laws. Thus I'm always interested in looking at small and very lightweight helmets. I'd like one the size and weight of a baseball hat.

Looks similiar to my HCI polo style helmet. Without all the designs. Mine is pretty low profile. Not as "mushroomy" as the HD half helmet

+1

the endless search for a small DOT lid always end with you buying a enormous helmet.

if you want a DOT helmet be prepared to wear a giant stupid looking lid. f you want style go buy a potato chip off ebay for $15.00. those really are your only choices.

So Gazoo - did you end up getting the Hells Bells custom? I was looking at those helmets also and wondering if you are satisfied. Any update would be appreciated.

Thanks - LS
