i just sent in for my renewal tabs and got to thinkin' how much does the rest of the country have to pay to ride these machines.show your state and fees.
minnesota 16.50 per year (but our year is only 6 mo long-- comfortably)

I'm in AZ. based on value of bike. I have an 05 Softail and payed $135.00 last time I renewed it. It goes down every year. When it was new I was paying close to $300.00

I pay about $45 but $30 of it goes to support our troops like in my sig.

about 45.00.. in the states that have to pay property tax,do you have to pay sales tax too when you buy the veh.?that is pretty f'ed up

$15.00/yr in Arkansas- or you can get one that's 25 years old or older and pay $7.00 one time for an antique license...think i'll just keep mine until it's 25 yo then get the antique license...not but 15 years away now...as for sales tax....yep,,, we pay sales tax on anything over $2500.00 which really steams my claims...DO NOT like paying sales tax on used vehicles...we do have property tax, but it's based off the value of the bike and goes down every year...my 2000 should be about $25.00 next year....
