I'm hijacking this thread from another forum I frequent, and I know there's been postings on this type of thing before. A couple of these guys on the thread are fairly noteworthy collectors; John Lindemann, Chris Haynes, etc...thread is 38 pages and almost every page is worth a jaw dropping look. Nice stuff, but doesn't really mean crap to me, I envy jay Lenos garage, but will never attain that status. Nice to look at, but can go to a car show to see almost the same thing. I just don't get too excited about what folks of wealth have. To me its too much "in your face", and I could give a rat's *** about that!! Personally I like leno, he's a cool dude, but in general I don't dig peeps flaunting what they have. my .02.

Some cast sour grapes. But working hard and saving to enjoy a life that fulfills one's dreams is what life is about.

You guys in the States are so lucky with the size of your houses/garages.
In the UK, IF you have a garage it's rarely even big enough to get a standard size car into it.

Jealous much.

An old coworker got to fly out to LA to work on Jay Leno's Ford GT. Said the garage was spectacular, and he was an incredibly nice, down to earth guy to boot. I can't hate on somebody that has achieved status like that, I do wish I had his collection though!

 

here is one of my man caves. The previous owner of my house built a new 2 car garage onto an exsisting single car garage.....he used it as a wood shop.....i turned it into my bike shop. Im running out of room fast though. By the time I get a mill and lathe in here there wont be room for a bike. Guess the wifes car will sit outside.




here is the other man cave or womans den since she is the drinker in the family...I just use it to smoke cigars and pipes. I put in a nice exhaust and fresh air system. No smoke smell at all.
