Stevie Ray Vaughan Remembrance Ride
Is anybody going on the SRV ride this weekend in Dallas? I was thinking about riding up to Big D and the Worlds Largest Hooters for the day on Sunday....

Damn, I completely forgot that ride was this weekend! [:@]
I have seen the SRV bike though. It made the trip on the Ride For Dime (memorial ride for Dimebag Darrell)...but it did break down in the parking lot before the ride. Had a pretty big oil leak that was fixed before the ride started. SWEET looking bike.
I think my brother forgot about the SRV ride too since he hasnt mentioned it. We'll see if we cant change some plans and make it out there....
I've been to that Hooters a couple of times....never realized it was the worlds biggest. Hmmm

Ironically enough, I plan on doing some riding out in the vicinity of The Alpine Valley Music Theater, which is the place Stevie was leaving when the accident happened. Didn't know much about him at the time but I really enjoy his music now.
