That looks like the thingy in first aid kit for splinting a broke bone, or wrap around neck for back injury.

 

A Harley Mechanic two days ago told me to use Brakleen where there is spilled oil around the oil filter and rinse it off and it does a good job....so I went to Checkers. OReilley and picked up a spray can of that stuff....will use it at next oil change....

 

No HD label anywhere on it I bought mine from Napa!! it fits nice and snug under the filter and there is no mess to clean up unscrew filter let it sit there and drain and your done.
