Default Flash to Pass Garage Door Opener Install

For Christmas, the wife got me a "Flash to Pass" garage door opener system for the bike. I looked for some install tips here, but, didn't really find any. So, I decided to video the install with my new HD video camera I also got for Christmas. Most of the steps on the bike are shown. The only additional step is to replace your wall button with the F2P button/receiver. If I had not been stopping to take the videos, the install would have only taken about 15 minutes or so. Super easy. The product works as advertised.

Very cool. I have seen these for cars but was curious if they had them for bikes. Is it the same model for both or is there a special one for bikes?

Thanks for taking the time to post all the videos.

I put a F2P on one of my bikes and it was easy to install. I left the old wall button where it was and put the one with the F2P down lower where my young son could reach it. Now I have one on the back wall and the new one by the garage door.

It is called the "Powersports Flash2Pass" and has a photo of a bike on the package. About $70 or $80, but, well worth it.

Thanks for the info. There is no where easy to haul around the door opener. This will make it very easy. Thanks.

Nice demo on the install. I put mine on this past summer and I like it also.

Love mine, but I wish it had a little more range.

I agree that I wish it had more range. One or two houses away is about as far as this one works. But, it's a lot better than getting off the bike and fishing around in the saddlebag for the remote.
