Default The tail of a Harley Owners Ring.

Well I had a wonderful Christmas. Plenty to eat and drink. We went to my grand kids and had a festive time there. Then on to the rest of the families to finish up.
I open up a box and it was a bag from Victorias Secret. In the bag was a ring box I open the box and there is a note telling me about a ring that I would soon be getting.
My family went to the local shop (which my Wife hates) Back on the 27th of October and orders the ring.
They check on it Last week. The Dealer Didn't even order It. Well You can imagine My family Is especially my Wife is Pi$$ed off bunch
I had convinced her to try to change her mind about the local dealer since they had changed owners, and Low and Behold they screwed it up.S.O.B.
Now mind you I personally have bought 3 new bikes from this dealership (Most of the people are the same) And have helped the many times securing other sales. This is the thanks I get. I should cancel the order and go to another dealer.
Its about 0230 and I cant sleep over this Anyway Merry Christmas Everybody!

I ordered $200 worth of stuff from Chicago H-D on November 2nd...**** still hasn't shipped. No wonder some dealerships don't survive.

We had a good Christmas day, wife's Mother, youngest brother, sister and her husband, all came to visit. Managed to get through a mostly traditional American dinner. They did have to have kimchee, but managed to have a meal without rice. lol.

That sucks! I go to Electric City in Scranton Pa. Ordered a Mustang seat and it was at my house in about a week. I hope they take care of you as they should.

I didn't know any of this til last night. but IMO it is totally unexceptable. and I will probly cancel the order and go to another dealership. They said the ring would be in in 6 weeks and when my wife checked on it. Man O War Harley had not even called the ring company. then we find out that the ring company is going to be closed for 2 weeks for the holidays.
To be continued...

It appears the problems are not the Owners..Same poison employees same sub-standard service. Too bad actually because it really is easy to make people happy.

To be honest, the guys who place the order don't give a ****.

You are better off canceling the order and letting them eat the cost. Keep the family happy and move on to another dealer.
