Most dealers motor accessories will have pay up front for those kind of orders. I'd have a sit with the owner and general manager. Remind them of your purchases and the timeline on this recent purchase/special order. His employees dropped the ball on this and if he doesn't know this then the owner would atr that point and this could be the last chance for the GM, one never knows. Good luck.

I work for a place that used to have things like this happen kind of often. The previous owner protected the lazy and incompetent from my axe like they were spotted owls or something. He sold out and the new owners are all about customer service and if they come in and see a different *** in a seat I don't hear any static. We made it through the downturn and actually grew. Never forget who really pays your salary......the Customer.

I ordered $200 worth of stuff from Chicago H-D on November 2nd...**** still hasn't shipped. No wonder some dealerships don't survive.
We had a good Christmas day, wife's Mother, youngest brother, sister and her husband, all came to visit. Managed to get through a mostly traditional American dinner. They did have to have kimchee, but managed to have a meal without rice. lol.
