Lots of non-riders on the HD forum.

I'm just "bikeless". I've owned a dozen bikes from when I was 14 to my early twenties (only one Harley due to $$$). I also love offroading and I'm 30 now and have 3 kids so this is my ride for now
until I can afford toys for my family AND a Harley i have to choose family first but there will definitely be another Harley in my future it's in my blood. I just like keeping up on the subject and I have some experience with bikes so I try to help when I can.

I think it's great that people can use the internet to find out more about things that they may be interested in.
What I find funny is all the people I know that have H-D shirts, stickers etc. But won't ride. I worked with a woman who has her entire basement dedicated to Harley. She always had a Harley calendar and pictures on her cubicle walls. She has never actually ridden on a motorcycle and is afraid to. She had no relatives that were in to bikes. No one close to her had ever been in to bikes.
Every once in a while someone would try to start a conversation with her about bikes or local bike events. She had no interest so I'd end up chatting with them. I never could explain it.

That boat looks a 'little different' than the little Lund I use for tooling around on some of the local lakes and rivers.
