Default MY new 2011 Road Glide 103ci

Hey yall
I have been on this site before to browse. anyways, i wanted to post up in regards to my new 2011 Road Glide Custom 103ci Black denim, which is on order at the moment at Barnes HD in Langley BC.
So I have been Paitiantly awaiting her arrival since Nov 1. and I am gald that i put in an order early for this bike as it gives me time to fiqure out how to order my parts along with her. As the dealer is giving me a warranty on all parts/ mods done at the time of purchase.
So i want to get a bike that pulls hard when i want it too as i am coming off a Kawi Zx14. Threrefore i have decided on a 103. My question is how far to take it, stage 1 or stage 2. anyways i will list out my built below and i would be thankful for your guys opinion.
here it is:
Stage 1:
Screaming eagle heavy breather crome
Vance and Hines Dresser Duals headerpipe with Slash oval tips
EFI super tuner SE pro and dyno tuning
Smoked turn signal lens kit
adj hwy 360 degree footpegs
this about 3500 labour inc plus tax
To make it stage 2
Se 255 Cam kit
Cam service Gasket kit
Adjustable push rods kit
extra 1200 approx with labour. plus tax

So let me know what you guys think. I not sure how far to take at the moment. the stage 1 for sure. as i want to get a custom stereo put in from another shop.
I want my bike also to be reliable. Is Cam it need on new 2011 RG 103.

Also is cheaper to take a bike with 96ci to build up to 103 ci stage 2 rather then ordering factory 103 and then adding cams, pipes and breather with tuning.
Happy holidays
Amir
