Dealer Rant

The parts catalog is also available for down load in case you missed the link next to the one for the printed version. Downloaded it on the home computer for quick and easy look up and also have a copy of it on a thumb drive I keep with me.

Sounds like a crap dealership indeed.
Mine (St. Charles, MO) rocks. The salesman has been a friend from day 1 & always says hi & chats when we stop in.
Parts guys not only give catalogs to people, they even ask if we have the most recent one while offering a new one up.
Course, before two years ago, St. Charles was still "Bob Schueltz".....under that owner & manager, it totally sucked & I swore off it forever.
But since Sept. 08 it's a new owner & they cleaned house of all the idiots. Did a total 180-degree.

Don't want that damn catalog. Dealer handed a P&A and a motorcloths catalog to my wife when I bought my bike. I don't even want to add up what it cost me when she got to looking through them.

I have never, and will never, pay for a catalog from ANY company. Advertising is part of doing business, and you can bet they write off the cost of printing all those catalogs, too. And then sell them too boot? What's next--charging us to watch TV commercials? Not THIS cowboy!
