Why are these ancient post revived by new members?

It did bring a question to my mind though. What ever happened to Shumacker? At one point he was a moderator. He always posted on almost every thread. Haven't heard of him in a couple years.

 

Because old members know better?

 

because they come on here and ask questions, then get beat up because they 'didn't search first'.

so after they get their butt spanked, they do some searching and an old thread gets revived.... they then get spanked for 'necroposting'.
